Order Cancellation Policy
Orders for standard products may be cancelled before shipment or dispatch processing begins. Cancellation requests for customized, special-order, non-catalogue, or non-stocked items may be subject to approval and cancellation charges.

Returns Policy
We accept returns of standard catalogue products within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided the items are unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.
Approved convenience returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee with a minimum handling charge applicable.
The following items are non-returnable:
Customized or special-order products
Non-catalogue or non-stocked items
Refrigerated or temperature-sensitive products
Expired or short shelf-life products
Used, damaged, or defaced items
Chemicals, reagents, diagnostics, sterile, or medical products
Before returning any product, customers must obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from our support team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to shipping damage, incorrect delivery, or product defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
Please inspect all deliveries upon receipt.
Visible shipping damage must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Incorrect items or quantity discrepancies must be reported within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Defective Products
If a product is defective upon arrival or fails during the applicable warranty period, please contact us within 30 days of identifying the issue. Our team will assist with replacement, repair, or return instructions where applicable.
